Who are we?

ILS staff are passionate about working as a team to enhance the lives of the people they work with.  They are well trained in using effective teaching strategies based on the Principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis to increase independence in life skills.

What we do

ILS staff support individuals with developmental disabilities so they can be as independent as possible in their homes and communities.  They address individual needs by teaching and providing assistance in communication, domestic, and personal management activities in a home setting; as well as supporting and encouraging an individual’s preferred hobbies and life passions.
